ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made or sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are welcome within two weeks after you have received a parcel.
• if the reason for your exchange or return is my fault (for example I sent you the wrong size or color or you don't like the quality etc) - I would resend you another bracelet for no charge or send your money back.
• if the reason of return/exchange is your fault (for example you ordered the wrong size or decided that you don't want this item any more) - I would charge the cost of shipping of the exchange (in case of exchange) or send your money back excluding the shipping cost (in case of return)

LOST PACKAGES

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come in more than 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same item (if it is still available) to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
